Job summary:

Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for setup and run of various machines; such as, saws, grinders, thermoforming equipment, trimming machines, and lift trucks.

  • Load and unload thermoforming and robotic machines and observes operation
  • Inspects and measures machined product to verify conformance to specifications
  • Hand router fender part
  • Cleans fender parts
  • Inspect each part produced to ensure company quality standards are being met
  • Changing machine tools/molds
  • Learn basic robotic duties/functions
  • Thermoforming Liquid Platinum and TPO products
  • Driving Forklift

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and safety
  • Good time management and self-management skills
  • Basic computer skills are a must. Position is responsible for entering data into the company inventory system.

Job summary:

  • Manufacturing Operators are responsible for assembly of toolboxes, welding for standard and custom-ordered fenders, operating mud flap hydraulic press and ShopBot robotic machine.
  • Set up plates and operate hydraulic mud flap press
  • Package Fast Flap Mounting Hardware
  • Assemble poly toolboxes by adding latch and other hardware components
  • Operates plastic welder for standard and custom fender parts
  • Loads and unloads sheet on and off of ShopBot robot, loads and runs programs

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for contacting inquiring leads to help expand the Minimizer end-user base. Working closely with Outside Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, Inside Sales Rep. will contact end-users for current needs, introduce product options and follow up on company directed marketing campaigns and promotions within assigned territory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact end-user leads generated from Minimizer marketing efforts
  • Generates revenue by communicating value of Minimizer products and closing sales
  • Communicates effectively the features and benefits of extensive line of products
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Records accurate details of client and prospect interaction, formulates action plans, as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diplomat or GED Required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess a friendly and professional attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.

Job Summary: 

The BDM will develop and maintain relationships with fleets to positively impact Minimizers sales, as well as, Minimizer’s Distributors/ Dealers. This person will be the primary face at fleets, finding and cultivating new business opportunities and facilitating growth within existing fleet accounts.  In addition, the BDM may be required to help identify and develop new distribution opportunities.  The BDM must have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable in a C-suite sales setting and have the ability to leverage already established relationships with key decision makers and leaders. This high-performing individual should be able to create new and innovative sales programs as well as work with existing customers to maximize Minimizer’s value and opportunities. This includes in-person sales calls, on-site training and technical assistance, webinars, one-on-one meetings, trade shows, conferences and additional fleet specific events.

This position will play a key role for Minimizer in trade associations related to the Fleet Market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Identify and close sales programs with major truck fleets (85%)

  • The BDM will use a strategic selling approach to obtain fleet customer accounts and maintain them as a recurring revenue stream. This will include working with the broader regional sales team and local distribution
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking and Fleet data reports such as Rig Dig or TDS
  • Identify fleets within a regional area with emphasis on but not limited to HD Class-8 applications
  • Develop new fleet business while leveraging distributors for designated regions
  • Own long-term relationship with fleets that lead to additional sales with new product opportunities
  • Consistently open new doors to new accounts in the fleet community
  • Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as they are assigned

Participate in industry events and support various business development initiatives as assigned. (15%)

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the heavy-duty trucking industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good time management and self-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Valid motor vehicle drivers’ license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to travel throughout U.S., Canada and Mexico.

The Designer will perform day-to-day activities within the R&D department: new product development projects, enhancements, improvements, and problem resolution for existing product offerings, as well as research of new methods, new materials, etc. The position will also support manufacturing from a product specification perspective. The position will perform as a project manager as assigned.

Applicants need to be proficient with CAD 3D Solid Modeling, as well as an understanding of Design FMEA and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Designing or closely related discipline or a minimum of two years mechanical designing work experience preferred.

Job Summary

Provides sales and product support by receiving and responding to customer communications (telephone, email, etc.) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist customers with requests for product information, sales/order placing assistance, and provides the first level of problem solving and corrective action as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers.
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Provides feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department’s policies and procedures.
  • Provides back-up support to other Customer Service Representatives as required.
  • Educate customers on Minimizer and products.
  • Answers customer inquiries/communications as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of customer service or direct marketing work experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office products to Excel, Word, and Outlook.
