Job Summary

Shipping / Fulfilment Operators are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received for the company. They pack the goods in shipping containers, develop mailing labels and shipping documents, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. Shipping Techs also verify incoming and outgoing shipments by entering information into computers.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and safety
  • Good time management and self-management skills
  • Computer literacy: Position is responsible for entering data into the company inventory system
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to learn NAV within 30 days of job entry date
  • Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to repeatedly bend and twist at waist

Job Summary

The manufacturing machine operator will set up and run various machines such as saws, grinders, thermoforming equipment, trimming machines and operate lift trucks as well as follow both written and oral safety and work instructions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs loading and unloading of the thermoforming and robotic machines while observing and monitoring the operation
  • Inspects and measures machined product to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: hand routering, sawing, grinding, trimming
  • Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks above
  • Ability to safely operate lift truck

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must have a good command of the English language, oral and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and safety
  • Good time management and self-management skills
  • Computer literacy: Position is responsible for entering data into the company inventory system

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions

Summary/Objective

Provides support to customers, end-users, and outside sales team in Latin America by contacting and responding to customer communications via telephone, email, website inquires and any other appropriate methods to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assists with requests for product information, sales/order placing assistance, returns and warranties. Follows established procedures and provides the first level of problem solving and corrective action.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on Minimizer and Premier products and processes by effectively communicating the features and benefits
  • Conducts detailed data entry into an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) following established procedures
  • Processes and verifies orders and quotes received by phone, fax, and email for accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage a high volume of calls
  • Navigate HBB website(s) to help answer customer inquiries
  • Prepare customs documents for truck and parcel shipments in Latin America
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and file electronic documents
  • Initiates action to customer service requests such as order adjustments, expedited shipping requests, updates of contact management files, return inquires and warranties
  • Assist in developing relationships to create loyal customers by identifying and providing solutions to their needs
  • Provides feedback on the consistency and effectiveness of the customer service department’s policies and procedures
  • Interacts with various departments such as Production, Shipping, Outside Sales, to ensure customer requirements are met

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bilingual – Fully fluent with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar area
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently
  • Ability to craft professional emails
  • Active listening skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solid awareness of your skill set and willingness to refer customers for help, as needed
  • Ability to learn technical aspects of our product lines and processes to assist with troubleshooting install situations of products
  • Dependable, courteous, positive, and patient person who maintains a professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve skill sets
  • Ability to work independently or in a group setting

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • 2 years of customer service experience
