In March we hosted a 30th anniversary party to remember. Thank you to our employees, vendors, distributors, and those that have helped us along the way that attended the rocking party at the Muse event center in downtown Minneapolis.

This year, as we enjoy celebrating Minimizer’s 30th year as an American, family owned company, I can’t help but look back on the last 30 years.

It wasn’t all that long ago—or so it seems anyway—that my mother ran into the Rubbermaid trash can, an event which ignited Spray Control System, Inc.’s conception. My father had the idea of building heavy-duty truck fenders from a poly material. Soon he made his first fender mold and produced the first prototype for the fenders we sell today. Eventually we changed the name and brand to Minimizer – minimizing spray. And it’s grown into an extraordinary family company.

I took control of the company in 2001 and since then we’ve enjoyed extensive growth at our headquartersnumerous awards, a switch from our direct selling model to a distributor modelinnovated incredible products, and made some key hires.

There are not enough words to express how proud I am of all that Minimizer has accomplished. There are even fewer words to describe the excitement I feel at what the next 30 years will bring.

Cheers!
